Where is Guest Relations and what does it offer Guests?

Guest Relations is located in the right hand corner of the front gate and can be accessed from inside or outside the park. It offers the following services:

  • Pick up Lost and Found items

  • Rent Baby strollers and Wheelchairs

  • Address any ticketing Issues

  • Distribute general Park and Area Information

  • Tell us about their experiences at the park


What is a Flash Pass and where do I get one?

A Flash Pass is a device that will take your place waiting in line at our most popular rides while you have fun in the rest of the park. When it’s your turn to ride, the Flash Pass alerts you to return. They can be rented at the Palace Arcade.


Guests can meet characters in Bugs Bunny National Park and in DC Comics in front of Scooby Doo.


Maps and show schedules can be found in any Merchandise location, at Guest Relations,
and at carts at the front gate.


Season Pass Processing is located next to the Thunder River Entrance by X-calibur.

How does the Package Pick up Program work?

If a Guest purchases an item at a gift shop, they have the option of having us
hold it for them at Lacledes near the front gate. They can then pick
up their purchase on their way home.


What do you do if a Guest spills a drink or tray of food?

Make eye contact, smile and greet the Guest by introducing yourself. Tell them you will take care of it. Replace the spilled product and clean up the spill.


What do you do if you see a child who appears lost?

Get to the child's eye level. Make eye contact, smile and greet the child by introducing yourself. Ask them if they know where there party is, reunite them or escort them to Lost Parents.


The 10-5 Greeting

When a Guest is 10 feet away, smile and make eye contact. When they are 5 feet away, greet them.


What is the LEAD procedure?

Listen - Empathize - Apologize - Discuss & Direct


Guests can pick up concert tickets at the Palace Theater.


What is the Guest Code of Conduct?

Guests must act in a family friendly manner.

Guests cannot wear inappropriate or offensive attire.

Guests cannot use profanity or abusive language.

Guests must abide by all park polices.

  • In front of Screen Stars

What is Play Money?

Guests can purchase a wristband and load it up with money.  The wristband has a bar code on it.  Guests can then use the wristband to pay for items at Food and Retail locations.  It's particularly useful in the water park when Guests don't typically carry money in their swimsuits. It's also useful for parents who don't want to give cash or credit cards to their kids.
