Merchandise Supervisor

Duties include:

• Oversee daily operation of stands to maintain compliance with Six Flags, division and department policies and procedures.

• Assure profitability in assigned area by closely monitoring sales, production, cost of goods, inventory; sales techniques, safety and sanitation.

• Schedule staffing and control labor expenditures for assigned area.

• Provide on-going training and supervision for seasonal staff.

• Ensure all hosts/hostesses are aware of and adhere to all Guest First standards and principles.

• Develop and promote an entrepreneurial spirit by making recommendations targeting increases sales, profits and Guest Service/satisfaction.

• Responsible for staffing and supervising seasonal security officers

Requirements:

• College degree with an emphasis in management preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• 2+ years retail management experience preferred

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) P.O.S. AND S.T.S. preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and/or evenings)
